About the Opportunity:

This opportunity is an exciting chance for MBA graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the technology industry with a niche consulting firm.

As a Business Analyst at Kasmo, you will have the opportunity to work closely with teams specializing in different Business Units like Salesforce, Digital, Data Engineering, HR Ops, Finance and Business Development etc. This will give you an in-depth understanding of the various technology verticals, business operations and how they work together to create value for our Global clients.

You will work on a variety of projects and initiatives that will allow you to learn the ropes of the organization and gain practical experience.

You will be responsible for assisting the teams in their day-to-day tasks, including business analysis, project management, data analysis, and account research thereby providing practical experience and an in-depth understanding of the organization’s operations.

Some of the key tech areas of focus will be Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud technologies. Additionally, you will gain expertise in Digital/Data Engineering, which involves creating products and user experiences that engage customers. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Business Development team to grasp the sales, presales process and learn how to research and analyze potential clients and competitors.

Upon successful completion of the three months of probation, the Business Analyst may be offered a full-time position at Kasmo. They will be evaluated on their performance during the internship period and will be considered for roles such as Scrum Master, Product Manager, Presales, HR/Finance Ops and Business Development based on their interests and strengths.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Salesforce, Data and Digital Engineering teams with business analysis, project management tasks including requirement gathering, documentation, and testing.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
• Researching and analyzing potential clients and competitors
• Participating in client meetings and helping to prepare proposals and project plans.
• Helping to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Participating in training sessions and other learning opportunities to gain additional knowledge and skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
