Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Rajkot, Gujarat. Job Type: Full Time (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying improvement areas, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical specifications and project briefs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, sales, and operations. Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve processes and systems. Develop business cases and feasibility studies for proposed projects. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business insights. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. Support testing, training, and implementation of new processes or systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong knowledge of business processes and requirements analysis. Proficient in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems. Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
