Position Details:

Role : Business Analyst

Qualification : Any Graduate

Age : Below 35 Years

Experience : 5 - 6 Years

Location : New Delhi



Performance Analysis and Monitoring

  • Analyze performance on various parameters to identify trends and insights.
  • Continuously monitor KPIs and report deviations from targets.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve overall performance.

Value-Added MIS Generation

  • Generate comprehensive and value-added MIS reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in all reports.
  • Customize reports based on stakeholder requirements for better decision-making.

Generate Task based on Performance

  • Identify and generate tasks for problem affecting overall performance metrics.
  • Proactively resolve bottlenecks and provide necessary support to teams.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless task execution.

Shortfall and Lapse Identification

  • Highlight shortfalls or lapses in performance parameters.
  • Communicate issues promptly to relevant stakeholders for quick resolution.

Coordination and Issue Resolution

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, SCM, Plant, Finance) and external stakeholders (distributors, vendors) to help in resolving issues.
  • Facilitate effective communication and follow-up to ensure timely problem resolution.
  • Maintain a log of issues and track their resolution status.

Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Suggest enhancements in data analysis and reporting mechanisms.
  • Implement best practices to optimize war room operations.

Reporting and Communication

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on performance insights and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maintain transparency.
  • Prepare presentation materials for review meetings as needed.
