Ruhe India is a fast-growing brand in the sanitaryware and kitchen fittings industry, offering high-quality, innovative, and durable products. As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a Brand Manager to drive brand growth, digital engagement, and customer loyalty.
As a Brand Manager at Ruhe India, you will be responsible for brand positioning, digital marketing, product launches, and customer engagement strategies. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and ensuring a strong presence in both B2B and B2C markets.
• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive brand performance.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce branding.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and e-commerce teams to align brand strategies with business goals.
• Lead advertising, PR, and media planning efforts to maximize brand reach.
• Drive successful new product launches, ensuring strong branding and market penetration.
• Work with creative teams to develop marketing materials, packaging, and brand assets.
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and influencers.
• Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing efforts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in sanitaryware, kitchen fittings, or e-commerce.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, market research, and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and executing impactful campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams effectively.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing within the sanitaryware segment.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, influencer marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
