Job title: Hub Head – Passenger Vehicle// CAR FINANCE – NEW Grade Band: Manager / Chief Manager Location: Bhatinda//Udaipur//Haryana BU/Function : Passenger Vehicle Reports to: State Head – Passenger Vehicle Role Details Develop & execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, portfolio quality, and profitability across vehicle finance branches under the hub. Provide leadership and direction to branch managers, ensuring achievement of targets and adherence to credit policies. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to drive operational excellence . Overall Job Description Drive overall sales strategies for vehicle finance to meet and exceed disbursement, fee income, and collection targets. Support branch managers in developing and executing local sales plans, monitoring performance, and driving new business acquisition. Ensure smooth operation of branches by focusing on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Build a high-performing team culture by coaching, mentoring, and motivating branch managers and their teams. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring high-quality service standards and timely resolution of customer issues. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities and manage risks. Monitor portfolio health including delinquency management, and support collection strategies in coordination with collection teams .
