BM to manage team of BDMs and Telecallers to generate Business

The Document Writer is responsible for creating, editing, and managing professional documentation across various departments. This includes drafting internal reports, technical manuals, business proposals, contracts, SOPs, and other formal documents. The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise text.

Location Assigned Branch, Tamil Nadu (initial posting + potential expansion branches) Reports To Zonal / Regional Head Purpose Own the branch P&L, drive chit-booking & collections growth, maintain 100 % regulatory compliance, and build a high-performance sales & service culture. Key Responsibilities Sales & Growth • Deliver monthly chit-booking & net-collection targets • Forge channel partnerships & agent network. People & Culture • Forecast, recruit & onboard BDOs, Tele-callers, Collection Execs & Admin staff • Coach via daily huddles & weekly field accompaniments • Cascade incentive plans. Operations & Compliance • Ensure KYC, ALM, ROC filings & Tamil Nadu Chit Funds Act adherence • Maintain branch cash-handling and audit score ≥ 95 %. Customer Experience • Keep complaint TAT < 48 h; drive NPS ≥ 60 • Personally handle high-value subscribers & auction days. MIS & Analytics • Publish daily funnel, DPD ageing, and incentive dashboards.

- Achieve ₹200 crore monthly booking quota through own pipeline + BDO team. - Recruit, train and activate BDOs within 30 days of hire. - Conduct daily morning huddles; track funnel on CRM / Excel. - Joint field visits with BDOs (min. 3 per week). - Resolve first-time customer issues; secure 3-month installment continuity. - Submit weekly MIS to Branch Manager; flag high-risk groups

Source and convert new subscribers into chit groups; maintain first-3-installment payment discipline. - Prospect 50 leads/week via field visits, referrals & digital enquiries. - Close minimum ₹50 L chit value / month (min 4 customers). - Collect KYC docs; submit to back office within 24 h. - Hand-hold customer for first 3 dues; escalate defaults. - Log daily activities on mobile CRM.
