Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented data analytics expert to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in working with PostgreSQL, writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures, and creating impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries, functions, and procedures using PostgreSQL.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support business decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and publish dynamic and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of analytical queries.
  • Create documentation for data models, processes, and report Skills :
  • Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (advanced querying, indexing, procedures, performance tuning)
  • Proficient in writing complex SQL for large and relational datasets
  • Expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices)
  • Ability to translate business needs into data insights
  • Good understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is a Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in integrating data from multiple sources
