Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for an BDR – International Sales at Think Exam. The role involves Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Communication, Sales, and Business Development activities, aiming to expand the company's global reach and contribute to its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, emails, and calling across international territories
• Qualify and schedule meetings with relevant stakeholders (decision-makers and influencers)
• Research market segments, analyze prospect pain points, and position our solutions accordingly
• Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communication
• Collaborate with the International Sales team to create a high-conversion sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and ensure timely reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS/EdTech/B2B BDR roles (international market experience preferred)
• Strong communication, articulation, and objection-handling skills
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, and outreach automation platforms.
• Proactive, metrics-driven, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
• Prior experience in APAC, MENA, or Europe market prospecting will be an advantage
