We're looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join our growing team and help scale our infrastructure as we expand our capabilities and customer base. Position Overview We're looking for a talented Backend Software Developer to join our innovative team. As part of our engineering department, you'll work on complex backend systems, optimize our data flow, and contribute to our scalable architecture. Job Requirements Must Have: 1.5-2+ years of professional software development experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms Exceptional debugging skills and problem-solving abilities Experience with Python and FastAPI development Proficiency in MongoDB query optimisation Knowledge of serverless architecture and frameworks Experience with Azure, Azure Functions, and Azure Durable Functions Understanding of system design principles and microservice architecture Ability to take on new challenges and develop innovative solutions for complex problems Ability to develop and integrate new services Nice to Have: Understanding of container based development Experience with Qdrant (vector database) Knowledge of LangChain libraries Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs Handle complex backend tasks with efficiency and accuracy Optimize database queries and data flow processes Implement and maintain serverless architecture on Azure Debug and troubleshoot issues in production environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards Contribute to technical architecture decisions Skills & Qualifications Proficient in Python programming language Experience with FastAPI framework Strong understanding of MongoDB and query optimization Experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Functions Knowledge of microservice architecture and implementation Proven ability to debug complex issues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Professional development opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies Flexible work arrangements How to Apply Apply on Linkedin with resume.
