Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Elixir Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Elixir, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Phoenix Framework: Utilize the Phoenix framework for building web applications, APIs, and real-time features.
• Database Management: Work with databases like PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and efficient querying.
• API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs for communication between the backend and other applications or services.
• System Design: Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and reliable systems.
• Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot issues, and debug code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other team members.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimal performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Elixir Proficiency: Strong experience in Elixir programming, including functional programming concepts and the OTP (Open Telecom Platform).
• Phoenix Framework: Hands-on experience with the Phoenix framework for building web applications.
• PostgreSQL: Experience with PostgreSQL database, including schema design, querying, and performance optimization.
• API Development: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹465,222.45 per year
