Backend Developer

Role: Senior Backend Developer

Experience: (minimum 3+ years in Node.js backend development)

Responsibilities:

1.Architect and build scalable microservices using Node.js and TypeScript.

2.Design and implement APIs (REST and GraphQL) consumed by mobile/web clients.

3.Build services with modular, clean, and testable code using SOLID principles.

4.Create database schemas that represent and support business processes.

5.Ensure high performance and responsiveness of APIs at scale.

6.Implement caching, rate-limiting, and throttling mechanisms.

7.Work with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments.

8.Own infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi) and DevOps workflows.

9.Monitor services using tools like Grafana, or Datadog.

Required Skills:

1. Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

2.Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify.

3.Deep understanding of system design, microservices, and API security.

4.Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other NoSQL/SQL databases.

5.Solid grasp of message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven architecture.

6.Proficient in Docker, Git, and CI/CD practices.

7.Knowledge of design patterns (Factory, Repository, Singleton, etc.).

8.Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and serverless functions.

9.Excellent debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills.
