What we're looking for:

• Strong expertise in Python backend development (Django/FastAPI/Flask, async programming, microservices)
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), message queues, and distributed systems
• Someone who loves building robust, scalable systems and can architect production-ready solutions from scratch
• A startup mindset: proactive, solution-oriented, and excited about tackling complex technical challenges

Bonus points for:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of API design, WebSocket implementations, and real-time systems
• Understanding of ML model deployment and serving infrastructure
