The Opportunity

We're seeking a B2B Marketing Specialist to lead our customer acquisition strategy and drive expansion into Indian and international markets. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence company growth trajectory and build a marketing function from the ground up.

What You'll Own

• Multi-channel Marketing: Optimize and scale existing channels (Google Ads, partnerships, organic) while launching new acquisition channels
• Lead Generation: Drive qualified pipeline for our sales team with focus on conversion optimization
• Product Marketing: Launch in-product communication, onboarding sequences, and feature adoption campaigns
• Market Expansion: Spearhead entry into MENA markets with comprehensive go-to-market strategy
• Team Building: Scale marketing function and establish processes for sustainable growth

What Success Looks Like

• Scale lead generation by 40%+ year-over-year
• Maintain marketing ROI above 200%
• Successfully launch international expansion
• Build and lead high-performing marketing team
• Establish WoCo as a recognized player in HR tech space

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years B2B marketing experience, preferably SaaS/HR tech
• Proven track record with performance marketing and channel management
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
• International expansion experience is a plus
