Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks
• Write test scripts for UI, API, and regression testing
• Integrate testing into CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins)
• Collaborate with Dev & BA teams in Agile setup
• Work on Pega & React application testing

Qualifications

• A

  Bachelor’s degree

  in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of

  3 years of professional experience

  in test automation, with a strong command of

  Java, Selenium, Cucumber

  , and

  Rest Assured

  .
• Proven experience in the

  design, development, and maintenance

  of automation frameworks.
• Working knowledge of testing

  Pega

  and

  React-based applications

  is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing

  CI/CD tools

  , particularly

  GitLab

  and

  Jenkins

  , for automated testing integration.
• Solid understanding of

  software testing methodologies

  , including test planning, strategy, regression, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum

  development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in

  API testing

  and usage of testing tools and techniques to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality assurance.
