Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Associate Program Manager with a background in software project management, preferably in product or e-commerce domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and program execution, ensuring smooth product delivery and operational excellence.

Product Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Participate in PRD reviews, feature prioritization, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Ensure seamless coordination between product, engineering, and business teams.
Program Execution & Process Management
- Act as a Scrum Master, driving agile practices and ensuring efficient execution.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to meet delivery timelines.
- Lead planning, tracking, and reviewing of key initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new product features.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Manage internal communication regarding roadmap updates, upcoming changes, and value propositions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align procedures with new implementations.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and key initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms for productivity, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze product requests, impact assessments, and change management requirements.
Quality Assurance & Best Practices
- Implement quality assurance procedures for each story and task.
- Assist teams in writing better user stories, requirements, and sprint tasks.
- Identify and resolve platform, product, and organizational impediments.
- Ensure consistency in practices, vocabulary, and frameworks across teams.
What qualities are we looking for?
- Proven Experience: Minimum experience in handling software projects, preferably in product/e-commerce companies.
- Agile & Scrum Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and sprint execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with engineering, product, business, and leadership teams.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in analyzing KPIs, tracking productivity, and managing dashboards.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify roadblocks, negotiate scope and timelines, and drive execution effectively.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate concisely, clearly, and with confidence across all levels, including senior leadership.
