Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – B2B & B2C to support our fintech sales and growth strategy across both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) segments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the fintech landscape, digital payments, lending, neobanking, or related services. They will drive customer acquisition, partnerships, user engagement, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and acquire new business clients such as merchants, SMEs, or enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, aggregators, and resellers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and onboard new partners to the platform.
• Support strategic alliances with banks, NBFCs, payment gateways, and technology providers.
• Conduct product demos and provide training to client teams on fintech solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, preferably in the fintech or BFSI sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and BI tools.
• Knowledge of fintech products such as payment solutions, wallets, lending platforms, UPI, BNPL, etc.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Working hours - 10 AM to 7:00 PM
