Hospitality is a work of heart , Join us and become a Heartist ®. Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making within our organization. Plan and prepare expense account schedules as required Ensure accurate reconciliation of Balance Sheet items with respective subsidiary ledgers and schedules Control and review accounting processes to maintain financial integrity Assist in preparing comprehensive financial reports and analyses Support the Finance Manager in strategic financial planning and decision-making Implement and maintain internal financial controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures Mentor and guide junior finance team members Qualifications MCom or MBA in Finance required 3-5 years of experience in financial management or related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and time management skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
