* Coordinate with the Product team to align communication strategies and suggest improvements for enhancing the user experience.
* Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging, personalised communication
* Prepare and execute CRM-led marketing strategies aimed at user engagement, retention, and conversion
* Track key campaign metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
* Contribute to brainstorming sessions and marketing planning
* 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on CRM Campaign Execution
* Strong understanding of user segmentation, marketing automation, and campaign optimisation
* Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
* Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially when working cross-functionally
* Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
* Understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimisation
