Key Responsibilities : Ø To deliver requisite project documents/drawings for unhindered execution of projects from conceptualisation to handover. Ø Receive/Formulate design studio requirements from the senior management and disburse to the team based on the prioritization of the work in terms of timelines arrived in consultation with the Director. Ø Ensure adoption of drawings and documentation standards, both digital and analog. Ø Ensure coordination with other department heads and smooth operations within the organisation. Ø Liaison with civic bodies/related consultants for timely approvals of the project essentials. Ø Be familiar with the National Building Code & local building bye-laws and liaise with civic bodies/related consultants for timely approvals of the project essentials. Ø Regular client/consultant interface to ensure smooth flow of work at site and office. Ø Coordination with the Site Execution Team to enable smooth operations and enable Client Interface as and when required. Ø To prepare 2D rendering of concept designs and prepare PowerPoint presentations. Ø Review/Manage periodically the professional/disciplinary facets of the team to achieve productivity and report the same periodically to the Reporting Head. Ø Ability to perform consistently under reasonable pressure Requirements and skills : Ø Hold a Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Architecture. Ø At least 5+ years’ experience in the field of Architectural consultancy. Ø Good communication skills Ø Solutions focused - working on an environment where ready-made answers are not always available Ø Excellent communicator with confident presentation skills Ø A mature approach to flexibility/willingness to travel to construction sites and design team offices as required.
