(Minimum required) 5+ years experience in FP&AQualification A Graduate qualification in Finance is mandatory/ post gratuate/ MBA Finance/ Inter CFA desirableSpecific or Additional Certifications (if Any) required Atleast 3-4 on-shore/off-shore transition experience, Advance Excel/ SAP-FICO Module, Undestanding ofCOPATechnical Skills Requirement Strong technical knowledge of Finance and Accounts (preferably in manufacturing industry). Commercialacumen of leading control design and validation of the process. Efficient Problem Solving Skills, EffectiveCommunication Skills, Should have technical knowledge of respective Accounting Standard (GAAP), Auditmanagement and Finance Analytical skill.
