- Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems in various domains, such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to improve business outcomes.
- Perform data mining and feature extraction using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Evaluate and validate the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics and techniques.
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for optimal performance in production environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence research.
- Contribute to the development of best practices in machine learning and share knowledge with peers and junior team members.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members as needed.
- 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, SVM, neural networks, ensemble methods, and reinforcement learning.
- Demonstrated experience in working with large datasets and using big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and distributed computing.
- Proficient in programming languages, such as Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Matplotlib, or D3.js.
- Experience in working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of natural language processing, computer vision, or deep learning techniques.
- Experience developing end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data gathering and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
