We’re looking for a QA Engineer who’s passionate about delivering flawless web-based B2B SaaS products.

What You'll Do:

• Design and execute detailed test plans for complex B2B SaaS web applications (enjo.ai)
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and compatibility testing across browsers
• Evaluate and optimize GenAI, LLM performance in chatbot and automation workflows
• Identify, document, and track bugs, edge cases, and UX issues
• Lead performance and stress testing for critical backend and frontend systems
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in Agile environments
• Provide clear QA insights that help drive product excellence and customer satisfaction

What we're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience testing GenAI/chatbot applications or LLM-driven products
• Experience with AI support automation or B2B SaaS platforms
• Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to uncover edge cases and risks
• Familiarity with evaluating LLM outputs (accuracy, coherence, ethical risks)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup culture
