Role Description

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to shape the intelligence of our AI agents. This role goes beyond simple prompt writing - it requires deep curiosity in language behavior, rigorous experimentation, and the ability to translate product goals into scalable LLM strategies.
You'll work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to design, evaluate, and productionize prompts that power real-world support experiences - and push the boundaries of what AI agents can do without human handoff.

What You'll Do

  • Design and iterate prompts to optimize Enjo's performance in customer and employee support use cases
  • Build reusable prompt libraries and test frameworks for scale
  • Collaborate with engineers and product leads to integrate prompt flows into our agent pipelines
  • Experiment with emerging techniques like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), guardrails, and role conditioning
  • Analyze LLM outputs and conduct rigorous evaluations to improve reliability, interpretability, and impact

Who You Are

  • 1-3 years of experience working with LLMs or NLP-based AI products (internships/projects count)
  • Experience with tools like LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering patterns and model behavior
  • You're curious, self-driven, and thrive in fast-moving environments
Bonus : experience with AI observability, A/B testing for prompts, or few-shot learning techniques
