Role Overview

Technical Product Manager (TPM)

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver the product roadmap for AI-enabled applications across multiple sprints and releases. Collaborate with engineering leads, designers, and AI teams to define technical product requirements. Write detailed PRDs, epics, and user stories aligned with business and technical goals.

Lead agile ceremonies – sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives. Prioritize product backlog based on value, effort, and technical feasibility.

Python (backend)

Partner with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth releases, CI/CD adherence, and performance tracking.

Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to capture feedback, validate features, and drive iteration.

Must-have Skills & Qualifications

Bachelorʼs or Masterʼsdegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years in a Technical Product Manager or Agile Product Owner role

Python, Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL/RDBMS, Vector DBs (e.g., Milvus, Pinecone)

UI/UX workflows

Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, etc.).

Good-To-Have (Preferred)

AI/ML-based products

DevOps practices

Experience in B2B SaaS productdevelopment.
