Accounts Manager

Designation : Senior Accounts Manager Salary : Approx 8.5 -9.0 Lakh per annum (not a constraint for right candidate) Experience : Approx 10-15 years (preferably at Manufacturing unit) Location : Sampla , Haryana (initial posting would be at our Nathupur Haryana unit nearby to Sonipat in another 5-6 months posting will be at Sampla only) Nearest Metro station : Bahadurgarh , Yellow line Job Responsibilities include but not limited to : Job Description Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Manage and monitor the company's financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure proper auditing and financial reporting. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls. Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing training and guidance. Liaise with stakeholders, including financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Preparing financial reports like profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and regulatory bodies like SEBI, RBI, and GST regulations. Managing taxation matters including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and other applicable taxes. Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and expense management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance. Skills Required Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. Expertise in accounting software (e.g., Tally). Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial modeling tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and compliance.
