Job Title: Accounts Manager Company: Formost International Experience: Minimum 3 Years Location: MG Road, Ernakulam Preferred: Male candidates Desirable Job Summary: Formost International is looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and supervise the accounts team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong skills in Excel, payroll processing, and working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounts department. Handle payroll processing, including attendance tracking, salary computation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, MIS, and budget summaries. Oversee GST, TDS, income tax filings and ensure timely compliance. Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers, cash flow statements, and bank reconciliations. Generate reports using SAP/ERP software and ensure data accuracy. Support the audit process and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal departments for smooth financial operations. Key Skills Required: Advanced Excel skills In-depth knowledge of Payroll systems and statutory compliances (ESI, TDS ) Experience in SAP / Tally / ERP software Leadership and team supervision experience Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent SAP or ERP certification is a plus Male candidates preferred Immediate joining required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
