Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: Raipur City, Chhattisgarh Industry Background Preferred: Fabrication Plant / Hotel & Restaurant Education: M.Com (Master of Commerce) Experience: Minimum 5–8 years (relevant industry experience preferred) Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting. Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including invoicing, receipts, payments, and reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. Handle internal and external audits, including preparing all necessary documentation. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for operations. Coordinate with operations and procurement for cost control and budgeting alignment. Manage payroll processing, employee reimbursement, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, etc.). Ensure accurate ledger maintenance and timely closure of books of accounts. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making. Liaison with banks, vendors, clients, and statutory authorities as needed. Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software. Expertise in handling accounts for fabrication units and hospitality operations. Good knowledge of taxation and compliance-related matters. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and team management abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Salary:Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
