Accountant

Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Accurate tracking of raw materials. Cost Analysis: Analyzing cost distribution to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.  Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets for various departments and forecasting future financial performance.  Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Auditing: Assisting with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.  Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing invoices, payments, and collections.  Payroll Management: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.  Cost Control: Developing and implementing strategies to control and reduce costs.  Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.  Skills and Qualifications: Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop insights. Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory, Cost Accounting: Experience in cost accounting, including cost analysis, budgeting, Financial Reporting: Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements. Tax Compliance: Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software Tally Erp9 and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify problems, and develop solutions. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records. Industry Experience: Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry is often preferred.
