Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, generate, and send accurate invoices to clients on time.
• Track and reconcile client payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
• Maintain billing records, contracts, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with sales, support, and technical teams to validate service deliverables before invoicing.
• Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to billing.
• Ensure compliance with internal billing processes and accounting standards.
• Update client information in the billing software/CRM as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or financial operations (preferably in IT or service industry).
• Good understanding of billing software, invoicing systems, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in server or IT service industry.
• Familiarity with accounting tools and WHMCS , AWS or Tally
