Job Title: Accountant
Location: Itanagar, Arunachal PradeshJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: Rupees 15000 to 35000/- per month (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
a) Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
b) Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
c) Handle GST filing, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances.
d) Manage accounts payable and receivable.
e) Reconcile bank accounts and monitor daily cash flow.
f) Maintain books of accounts using Tally or similar software.
g) Support preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and project cost tracking.
h) Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal/external audits.
i) Manage employee reimbursements.
j) Ensure timely tax filings and government payments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.Proficiency in accounting software like Tally (ERP 9 or Prime), MS Excel.Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
Preferred:
Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector. Working knowledge of project-based accounting and government tender-related documentation.
