Account Executive (MIS Executive)

Position: Accounts Executive (MIS & Reporting)
Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong Excel proficiency and a foundational understanding of accounting and taxation. This role is ideal for someone who can manage data, build reports and dashboards, and support internal teams with timely financial insights and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Cross-verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel tools like VBA or Power Query.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams for data collection and report generation.
• Prepare MIS reports for leadership and assist in business performance reviews.
• Provide actionable insights based on historical performance and trends.
• Support audits and data reconciliation activities as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Experience with Excel-based automation tools (VBA, Power Query) is a plus.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
