Job Title: HR Field Recruiter Location: Noida | South Delhi | Gurgaon Salary: Up to ₹28,000 CTC Experience: Minimum 1 year in hiring delivery boys or similar field recruitment Employment Type: Full-time (Field Work) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and energetic HR Field Recruiter with experience in hiring delivery personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, ground-level hiring experience, and a network in local markets. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit delivery boys through field visits, local vendors, references, job fairs, etc. Visit hotspots, institutes, and market areas to attract candidates. Conduct initial screening and document verification. Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future requirements. Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and training. Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets. Provide updates and reports on hiring progress. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in hiring blue-collar/delivery workforce. Strong knowledge of local areas (Noida, South Delhi, Gurgaon). Excellent communication in Hindi; basic English is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment. Must own a smartphone; a two-wheeler is preferred. Graduate or equivalent qualification.
