Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workday Consultant based in India. The Workday Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Workday modules, performing system testing, and providing end-user training. The consultant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday systems with existing business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Configuration, Implementation, and Support
• Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Strong skills in System Testing and End-User Training
• Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
• Effective Communication and Collaboration skills
• Experience in integrating Workday with other systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in a consulting role is a plus
