Role Description: We are looking for a talented Web Developer with a strong background in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our team. In this role, you will be integral in the development, testing, and deployment of web applications. Utilizing your skills in JavaScript, you will develop user-friendly, responsive web pages, ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop. This role demands effective collaboration with both designers and backend developers to create robust solutions and improve user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop new user-facing features using React.js Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Implement backend services with Node.js and Express.js Design and manage API integrations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Proficient in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Strong experience with React.js and Node.js Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web service integration Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git Experience with Agile development methodologies Proficiency in using database technology such as MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a team-oriented mindset At least 1+ years of experience in web development Selection Process: Candidates will undergo a machine test to assess technical skills and problem-solving capabilities as part of the selection process.
