Job Responsibilities As a System Administrator , you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure and client environments. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining Linux servers and ensuring their performance, reliability, and security. Providing support for VoIP systems and resolving related technical issues. Offering web hosting support and handling website-related technical queries. Managing customer interactions via chat, email, ticketing systems, and CRM platforms. Administering and supporting email servers , including configuration and troubleshooting. Maintaining office networks and IT devices , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Participating in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule. Ensuring timely responses and resolution of IT issues to maintain system uptime. Requirements Proven experience as a Linux System Administrator . Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies and support tools . Hands-on experience with web hosting platforms (cPanel, CyberPanel, etc.) . Ability to manage CRM/ticketing systems and email communication . Familiarity with email servers such as Postfix, Exim, or SmarterMail. Good understanding of networking concepts and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends .
