Role Overview

Visa Sales Executive


Experience - Minimum 2+ Years with Dedicated Agent Database


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and convert them into successful visa sales through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Conduct needs analysis to recommend the right visa type and service package (DIY or done-for-you).
  • Guide customers through documentation and application processes with clarity and confidence.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through CRM tools.
  • Follow up proactively with warm leads to maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with visa processing teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Educate clients on visa policies, documentation timelines, and delivery commitments.
  • Upsell express services or multi-country visa packages where appropriate.
  • Handle post-sale support and coordinate with operations for smooth handoffs.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in visa sales, travel sales, or telesales (1–4 years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (more languages are a bonus).
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong follow-up and pipeline management discipline.
  • Ability to simplify complex visa processes for customers.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Bonus if you understand visas for Schengen, USA, UK, Dubai, or Southeast Asia.
