Job Description: Vice President of Sales
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive
revenue growth.
● Lead, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed
customer expectations.
● Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored
solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and
develop strategies to address them.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and
operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
● Establish and track key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and
sales team performance, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
● Identify, recruit, and develop top sales talent to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet
business objectives.
● Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through effective relationship management and
issue resolution.
● Achieve annual sales revenue growth targets & ensure sales teams meet or exceed sales targets
and performance metrics.
Key requirements:
● 10+ years of experience in luxury sales leadership roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
● Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
● Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and
manage high-performing sales teams.
● Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
● Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, competitors, and customer
needs.
