Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Sales, located in Noida. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth. Daily tasks include overseeing account management, coaching team members, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Experience in Account Management and Sales Operations
• Proficiency in Business Development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of Real Estate experience.
