UX Designer - Workforce Management Platform

About The Project
This exciting project focuses on developing a cutting-edge cloud-based Workforce Management Platform specifically for the hospitality industry. Covering essential modules like housekeeping, maintenance, time & attendance, and staff scheduling, our platform offers both web and mobile-based tools. It empowers businesses with real-time insights, intelligent automation, and significantly improved staff productivity. You'll be designing solutions that directly impact daily operations for thousands of users.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End UX : Take ownership of the complete UX design process, with a strong focus on mobile-first operational tools.
- User-Centered Design : Conduct in-depth discovery, map detailed user journeys, and continuously evolve usability through rapid iteration and rigorous testing.
- Collaborative Design : Work closely and seamlessly with product managers, engineering teams, QA, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This includes actively partnering with customers as part of our early access and development program.
- Deliver Design Artifacts : Produce high-quality wireframes, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes that are firmly grounded in real-world tasks and user needs.
- Simplify Complexity : Expertly simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences that deeply align with our defined personas.
- Design System & Standards : Support and contribute to our existing design system and ensure adherence to UX standards across all product modules.
- Evaluation & Presentation : Conduct thorough heuristic evaluations and confidently present design recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Experience : 7+ years of dedicated experience designing UX for B2B SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Autonomy & Speed : Possess strong autonomy and a bias toward action, with the ability to thrive and make decisions quickly in a high-velocity environment.
- Design Tool Mastery : Deep experience with user-centered design tools, particularly Figma (preferred), Axure, or similar.
- Accessibility & Responsiveness : Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) guidelines, responsive design principles, and usability heuristics.
- Agile Collaboration : Proven experience collaborating effectively in agile environments.
- Communication : Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) with a clear bias toward action and impactful delivery.
