Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Thiruvananthapuram. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various technical roles. Tasks involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, posting job ads on relevant platforms, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.

Qualifications

Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
Skills in Hiring and Technical Recruiting
Strong Recruiting abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the technology industry or a similar field is preferred
