About the Company:

Role: Unity Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Unity Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a high-performance multiplayer metaverse game. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Unity 3D, multiplayer gaming architectures, and real-time networking solutions like Photon, Firebase and Socket.IO.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain multiplayer game features using Unity 3D.
Implement server-authoritative multiplayer systems using Photon Fusion, Socket.IO, and Node.js.
Collaborate with the backend team to build scalable and real-time systems using Redis, SQL, and custom servers.
Optimize gameplay mechanics, physics, UI/UX, and network code for mobile and PC platforms.
Lead or mentor junior developers and interns as needed.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira and GitHub.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Unity 3D and C#.
Proven experience in building and deploying multiplayer games using Photon (PUN/Fusion) or Socket.IO.
Backend development familiarity using Node.js, Redis, and real-time data handling.
Understanding of server-authoritative game architecture, lag compensation, matchmaking, and session handling.
Experience with Android, iOS, WebGL, Steam, and PC platforms.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and project management tools like Jira.
Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and game optimization.

Nice to Have:

Experience with real-money games or simulation games.
Prior work on metaverse concepts or open-world game mechanics.
Team leadership experience.
