Trainee Accountant

JOB TITLE: Accountant- intern LOCATION: Sathy Rd, Vaiyapuri Nagar, Kurumbapalayam, Sarcarsamakulam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641107 DEPARTMENT: Finance INTERNSHIP DURATION: 3 Months STIPEND: (5,000 - 7,000) Per Month JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting tasks that support our financial team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies. Assist with internal and external audits. Use accounting software such as zoho software QuickBooks. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
