Trainee Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION   Job Title: Accounts Executive / Intern Location: Hospedia Medicare, Plot No. 204, Udyog Vihar – Industrial area Phase – VI, Sector 37, Gurugram, Haryana - 122001 Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 05:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)   Job Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Intern with hands-on experience in Tally Prime, and a good understanding of GST and Excel. The role involves managing daily accounting entries related to sales, purchases, and banking transactions.   Key Responsibilities: Record and maintain daily sales, purchase, and bank entries in Tally Prime Prepare and reconcile GST reports and returns Assist with bank reconciliations, invoicing, and financial record-keeping Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations     Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Tally Prime for accounting tasks Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, basic reports, spreadsheets) Understanding of GST rules, return filing, and compliance Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and communication skills Ability to manage tasks independently   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (preferred) 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or internship in accounting.
