Telesales Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our growing Ed-Tech organization. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in telesales and team management, with a deep understanding of the education sector and the ability to drive results through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure team efficiency and productivity.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and sales skills.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Develop and implement telesales strategies to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
• Ensure high-quality service is delivered to all prospective students and clients.
• Handle escalations and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Maintain reports on team performance, individual achievements, and key KPIs.
• Ensure CRM systems are accurately updated with all interactions and lead progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience in telesales, preferably in the Ed-Tech industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and telesales systems.
• Goal-oriented with strong decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage pressure and motivate teams toward consistent performance.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of education industry products and services.
• Experience in student counseling or education-based telesales.
• Multilingual abilities will be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
