Job Description: We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across all social media platforms to build a strong digital footprint, drive engagement, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and creatives. Monitor performance metrics and analyze insights to improve engagement and ROI. Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams for campaign planning and execution. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. Respond to comments, DMs, and community engagement in a timely and professional manner. Run paid promotions and manage budgets (preferred but not mandatory). Build brand awareness and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of all major social media platforms. Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills. Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.). Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) are a plus.
