Telesales Team Leader

Job Role: Team Leader- telesales

As a Team Leader of Telesales department, you will:

• Communicates information in a timely, accurate and understood manner to all sales team members.
• Track and accurately update operational performance files for Sales Agents on a weekly basis.
• Manage and drive the sales team target and performance.
• Dive into sales teams’ performance on systems and all metrics in accordance with the contractual obligation.
• Ensure regular feedback is given to Sales Agents with regard to action plans that have been set

Working Details:
Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM ( Day Shift )

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduates are preferred
• Experience: 2 yrs (Team Leader) exp. on Paper

(Worked on Dailer or CRM before)

• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English
• Gender: Both Male and Female

Role Highlights:

• Leading and managing a team of tele-sales executives
• Driving sales performance and lead generation
• Must have a minimum 2 years on-paper experience as a Team Leader in outbound telesales
• Should be comfortable with dialer-based calling systems and CRM tools.
• Must Know formulas- attrition, shrinkage and BQ handling.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 (based on experience and interview performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
