Telecalling / Telesales : Daily incoming & outgoing customer calls ka handling. Product details aur offers ke baare me potential customers ko inform karna. Interested leads ko sale me convert karna aur timely follow-ups lena. 2. Lead Management : Leads ko WhatsApp, Instagram aur Call ke through handle karna. New inquiries ka prompt response aur proper documentation karna. CRM ya database software me lead entries maintain karna. 3. Social Media Assistance : Daily trending content ideas ke liye research karna. Reels, posts aur campaigns ke liye basic support in content planning. Product shoots me assistance aur basic video/photo editing. 4. Data Handling & Reporting : Leads, posts, aur follow-up ka accurate record maintain karna. Weekly reports banana aur manager ko submit karna. Data confidentiality maintain karna. Required Skills (Avashyak Kaushal) : Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, English – basic). Social media platforms ka understanding (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.). Basic photo/video editing tools ka knowledge (Canva, InShot, etc. preferred). Follow-up aur customer handling me discipline aur punctuality. Excel/Google Sheets me kaam karne ki ability.
