Techno-Functional Consultant

This role requires end-to-end ownership of solution design, configuration, integration, and stakeholder communication within enterprise-level environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for all Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CI-D and CI-J) and CRM-related initiatives.
  • Analyze client requirements and design scalable solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dataverse and Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of CI-D and CI-J platforms to align with marketing, customer service, and sales objectives.
  • Oversee integration with third-party platforms (e.g., CDPs, analytics tools, email platforms, etc.) and ensure data consistency and reliability.
  • Work with APIs, data flows, Power Platform, and Logic Apps to extend and automate business processes.
  • Drive and support CRM implementations, enhancements, and customer journey orchestration within D365.
  • Troubleshoot issues across platforms and ensure best practices are followed in data governance and solution architecture.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to internal users and client teams.
  • Stay current with evolving Dynamics 365 features and Microsoft cloud offerings.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6–9 years of overall experience in

    Dynamics 365

    with proven

    techno-functional expertise

    across modules (especially

    Customer Service

    ,

    Sales

    , and

    Customer Insights

    ).
  • Strong understanding of

    Dataverse

    , its schema, data flows, and integration capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Customer Insights - Data (CI-D)

    and

    Journeys (CI-J)

    , including real-world integration and deployment scenarios.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM process flows, configuration, and customization.
  • Familiarity with

    Power Platform

    ,

    Logic Apps

    ,

    Azure Data Factory

    , and API-based integration methods.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

  • Microsoft Certifications in

  • Prior experience with
