💼 Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Instructor who can train and mentor aspiring developers in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MSc/PhD in CS/IT

Experience:

Minimum 1 year as a technical trainer/instructor/mentor and 1-2 Year as developer.

Hands-on experience in MERN Stack development

Ability to teach DSA at a Competitive Programming level

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

📚 Lecture Design & Delivery

Plan and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions on MERN Stack

Include real-world examples, projects, and industry trends

Ensure an interactive and outcome-driven classroom environment

📝 Assignments & Assessments

Create and evaluate coding challenges, quizzes, and capstone projects

Provide personalized feedback to help students improve

📘 Content Development

Develop high-quality study materials, coding labs, and documentation

Contribute to curriculum improvement with the academic team

🎓 Student Mentorship

Track student progress and guide them on technical and career readiness

Mentor students in DSA, development best practices, and coding interviews

✅ Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

Strong foundation in DSA and problem-solving

Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills

Prior experience in technical training or mentoring

Familiarity with Git/GitHub, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, CI/CD pipelines

💰 Salary:

Based on current CTC and technical competency
