Technical Trainer

CBitss Technologies is looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in programming languages and web development, along with prior experience in delivering technical training in an educational or corporate setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth classroom and online training sessions on: C Programming, C++, Data Structures, Java (Core & Advanced), Python, Web Development (HTML, CSS, JS, Django/Flask preferred) Prepare course materials, assessments, and training plans tailored to the learners' needs. Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development. Mentor and guide students on projects and practical implementations. Collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure high training standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical training or educational role. Strong command over C, C++, Data Structures, Java, Python, and Web Development technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Self-motivated and passionate about teaching and mentoring students. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Prior experience in curriculum development is a plus.
